Position Overview

Alfred Williams & Company (AWC) Construction Services is seeking a Construction Project Manager (PM) to support our DIRTT interior construction projects in the Nashville market. This role is responsible for managing project delivery from early planning and coordination through installation, closeout and warranty. The PM works closely with Account Managers, Designers, Operations, General Contractors and installation crews to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within scope.



Key Responsibilities



  • Manage DIRTT construction projects through execution, installation and closeout
  • Coordinate project scope, scheduling, and logistics with internal teams and vendor partners
  • Participate in construction meetings and provide project status updates, timelines and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Designers during early project phases to support quoting, scope definition and budget planning
  • Review drawings, specifications and project documents to confirm constructability and coordination
  • Manage installation crews (in-house and contracted), including job preparation and site readiness
  • Coordinate with General Contractors and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Track deficiencies, punch lists, change orders and warranty work through completion
  • Support invoicing and project documentation, including pay applications and subcontractor coordination

Qualifications

Required Experience / Skills & Abilities



  • 3+ years of construction-related project management experience (PM, Project Engineer, etc.)
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects at once
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications and technical documents
  • Working knowledge of building codes, OSHA regulations and ADA requirements
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams, vendors and clients
  • Willingness to work occasional late hours, travel as needed and support occasional weekend work
  • Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
