Customer Service Rep

Floor Walk Inspections work will include the following:

  • Check that appliances are clean and functioning properly, includes coffee machines, ice/water dispensers, refrigerators, microwaves, and vending machines
  • Check to ensure cabinets are clean of debris and clutter
  • Ensure trash has been removed from furniture/counters/floors
  • Ensure posters are hung neatly and removed when expired
  • Ensure that canteen and vending machines are fully stocked with a variety of products
  • Identify and report performance issues of vending
  • Remove UPS or Fedex packages that may be left in open, unsecured areas
  • Ensure supply bins are neatly organized and labeled correctly
  • Items should be organized in an intuitive manner that makes it easy for guests to find
  • Basic supply items are stocked at appropriate levels

Mail Services tasks will include:

  • Checking in/out accountable mail
  • Sending package reminder emails
  • Assisting customers in the mail room

Reprographics work will include:

  • Printing customer requests
  • Scanning documents

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-year customer service-related experience

* High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred

* Ability to interact with the end user in a professional manner, with a sense of urgency

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment

* Competency in performing multiple functional tasks

* Ability to meet employer's attendance policy

* Lifting up to 50 pounds

* Ability to stand, sit and/or walk for long periods of time with or without accommodations

* Working in the following areas: guest services, mail, reprographics (printing and scanning) and other tasks including conference room set-up, maintaining cleanliness in offices and workstations and stocking break areas
