Job Title: Bindery Operator II Job Summary: The Bindery Operator II is responsible for operating a variety of bindery equipment to produce printed materials according to job specifications. This mid-level position requires proficiency in setting up and operating complex bindery machines, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the quality of finished products. The Bindery Operator Level 2 may also provide guidance and training to Level 1 operators as needed. Key Responsibilities:

The pay rate for this position is $20.00/hr; however, base pay rate offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. The hours for this position are as follows: Sat- 6am - 6pm Sunt - 6am - 6pm Mon - 6am - 6pm This position works 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours. To justify this the Weekend team must also work 8 hours on 6 of the company holidays.
