The Planning & Operations Manager oversees the intake, prioritization, and strategic planning of all real estate projects within the Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) group. This role acts as the central hub for project requests, ensuring alignment with business priorities, capacity, and organizational strategy. The manager maintains the master project roadmap, proactively communicates updates, and fosters alignment across internal teams and external partners. The role is also responsible for collecting and integrating key project data from stakeholders to ensure the roadmap is comprehensive, accurate, and supports effective decision-making. Team Culture

Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field, and 3+ years of experience in strategic planning, project intake, or real estate operations, or 5+ years of equivalent combination of education and experience.
