The Manager, Architectural Design leads the strategic vision for the bank's physical footprint, leading enterprise initiatives that drive branch network growth, new ground-up developments, and transformative remodels of our existing network. The manager is responsible for managing a team, producing conceptual designs, applying site research, design standards, and introduction coordination with third-party architects. This role requires a visionary leader who is highly resourceful and skilled at transforming design concepts into compelling visuals and presentations that secure alignment across internal teams and external partners. The manager also incorporates cost estimates and business case rationale into proposals to guide strategic decision-making.

This level of knowledge is typically acquired through completion of a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in architectural design, ideally with exposure to retail or financial services environments. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
