The Branch Prototype Manager is responsible for managing all versions of branch prototypes, including documentation, updates, and version control. This role integrates stakeholder feedback and applies continuous improvements with site-specific adaptations, ensuring prototypes consistently align with evolving business needs and customer experience goals. The Branch Prototype Manager also leads early-stage design and test fits for growth branch locations using conceptual design blocks, supporting strategic expansion and innovation. Team Culture

Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field, and 3+ years of experience in strategic planning, project intake, or real estate operations, or 5+ years of equivalent combination of education and experience.
