The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a highly organized and detail-oriented position on the talent acquisition team. This role is a key player in supporting the entire recruitment life cycle and ensuring an exceptional experience for every candidate. Position: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience

Service Area: Lifespark Corporate Office, St. Louis Park 55416

Schedule: 1.0 FTE, Full - Time / Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Position Functions & Responsibilities:



  • Job Postings: Work with recruiters to create and post job descriptions on internal and external job boards, ensuring wide visibility to attract top talent.
  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person) between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Hiring Manager Communication: Act as primary point of contact for hiring managers for scheduling, status after offer and hew hire documents.
  • Candidate Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing them with timely updates on their application status and ensuring they have all necessary information for interviews.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, including status changes, interview feedback, and other relevant information.
  • New Hire Document Support: Assist with the new hire process for new hires by initiating background checks, managing new hire paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Onboarding: Provide Day 1 onboarding for new hires and work with hiring managers to ensure they have an onboarding plan
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition team with various administrative tasks, such as managing expenses, preparing reports, and organizing team meetings.
  • Candidate Experience Enhancement: Help develop and implement initiatives that create a positive and memorable candidate experience.



Qualifications:



  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support or human resources role.
  • Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as UKG, Lever, or Workday, is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and engaging demeanor.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
