Markon's partner company is seeking a Cellular Systems Test Engineer to support the design, development, and testing of advanced software and firmware solutions focused on cellular systems for an IC customer.

Design, develop, integrate, and test software/firmware solutions supporting cellular system capabilities
• Execute and document test plans, test cases, and validation procedures for cellular technologies
• Analyze system behavior and performance across cellular network environments
• Troubleshoot issues across hardware/software interfaces and recommend fixes
• Support the evaluation of cellular standards and next-gen technologies for emerging system needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders to support mission requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
• 10+ years of experience in software/firmware design, development, and testing
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Working knowledge of cellular systems, including:
• Cellular standards and technologies (e.g., LTE/5G concepts)
• Cellular identity concepts and cell identification
• System test methodology and structured debugging

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing systems that interact with cellular networks or RF-related environments
• Familiarity with cellular protocols, testing tools, or lab validation environments
• Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills
