Main Line Health's Nurse Residency Program Main Line Health's Nurse Residency Program is a year-long initiative designed to support and guide new graduate nurses as they begin their first professional role. The program emphasizes the development of clinical skills, patient-driven outcomes, and professional growth. The curriculum fosters critical thinking and helps new nurses use data-driven outcomes to enhance patient safety and care quality. As a newly licensed registered nurse in this full-time position, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, competitive pay, and shift differential. The program includes a precepted orientation tailored to the specific clinical specialty and the individual learning needs of each participant. Throughout this transition, ongoing supervision, training, and educational opportunities will be available.
