As a Corporate Recruiter, you'll play a key role in shaping Rockline's talent strategy. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle-from sourcing and interviewing to scheduling and onboarding-while partnering with leaders to attract top talent. This is an opportunity to influence hiring across our corporate operations, ensuring we have the right people to drive our mission forward.

Your Impact



  • Manages full-cycle recruiting for professional and corporate positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver talent solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize our applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting tools.
  • Represent Rockline at job fairs, campus events, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Partner on HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement of our hiring process.


What Makes You a Great Fit



  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required. Experience with all components of recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, qualifying, and assessing candidates, networking, market trends, and relationship management.
  • Additional experience includes:


    • Experience with candidate sourcing techniques including identifying passive talent, building talent pipelines, referral generation and diversity recruiting
    • Strong understanding of employment laws and best practices.
    • Experience with ATS and HR systems; UKG knowledge is a plus.

    • Background in recruiting for professional roles, with exposure to manufacturing industries, is highly desirable.

    • Previous recruiting for multiple locations preferred.
    • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
