Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus. SUMMARY This position performs a wide variety of accounting operations and ad-hoc duties for the department, prepare financial reports and maintain accurate financial records (including appropriate subsidiary ledgers) in accordance with principles generally accepted in the United States of America (GAAP), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), regulatory and internal control over financial reporting ("ICFR") guidelines for the Bank. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
