EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: A minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales and key account management, with a proven track record of success. Demonstrated experience in managing a large, high-performing team. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage internal and external data sources effectively. Leadership capabilities to recruit, train, develop, and motivate the Walmart team. Extensive knowledge of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) sectors. Proficiency in utilizing internal and external data sources, such as Nielsen, IRI, CPM, and sales data. A commanding leadership presence paired with excellent communication and active listening skills. Advanced skills in strategic thinking, planning, financial management, decision-making, sales presentations, and negotiation. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. High proficiency in software applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) and internal systems (e.g., CPM, SAP/BI). Travel 40-50% Permanent Benefits eligible
