The Account Executive is responsible for generating new business andgrow any existing accounts in all lines of the Security Systems Integration business including service and installation solutions for new and/or existing customers. Prospects anddevelopsnew client relationships in line withBosch BuildingTechnologiesNorth America's identifiedpriorities.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Prepare proposals,RFP's, and/orassistwith bid proposals that:identifyand distinguish the features/benefits of the Company, meet Company GPM, and operational requirements.
Maintain a proactive continuing relationship with Client'sin order todetermine:satisfaction,provide assistancewith future needs,solicitreferrals, andassistin resolving collections of past due accounts.
Present final contract to Client for signature and ensure requirements such as deposit retainer,appropriate taxes, invoicing information, and project information are complete.
Complete Sales Order, scope, plans, and other project documentationtimely,in accordance withCompany procedures, and within applicable contract requirements.
Provide oversight as projectsproceedby maintaining close communications with Project Managersregarding:project status, unresolved issues, change orders, and close out requirements.
