As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols at a retail location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence for customers and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the retail location in a calm, problem-solving manner, using sound judgment and de-escalation techniques.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas within the location to help to deter theft, vandalism, and other security-related incidents.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
• Collaborate with store management and local law enforcement when necessary to address security-related concerns or emergencies.
• Remain alert and prepared to respond to a variety of situations, including medical emergencies, disturbances, and other incidents requiring a security-related presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Level III armed certification is required for positions in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
