The opportunity
Join a global, forwardthinking team that is shaping the future of the energy landscape. Hitachi Energy's Power Consulting team partners with utilities, ISOs, developers, and large energy users to solve complex power delivery and gridintegration challenges. We combine deep technical expertise with practical, realworld execution to accelerate the energy transition. This is a unique "first on the ground" opportunity to establish our West Coast consulting presence and build trusted relationships with data center developers, hyperscalers, utilities, and key CAISO/WECC stakeholders. Designed for high autonomy, this solecontributor role blends business development, client engagement, and delivery support-backed by a strong national consulting organization. As the West Coast business scales, this position could evolve into a leadership path, including the potential to build a local team or transition into a broader General Management or Business Development role. If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy creating structure from ambiguity, and want to drive the energy transition in one of the most active regions in North America, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact and energize your career.
