GENERAL SUMMARY: The Emergency Management Mass Notification Administrator supports the operational and administrative functions of Henry Ford Health's Emergency Management and Business Continuity Department. This role will report to the Director of System Emergency Management and Business Continuity and is expected to coordinate with System Emergency Managers and IT leadership. This position ensures efficient departmental coordination by managing logistics, documentation, and communication processes across the health system. This role serves as the primary system administrator for the health system's emergency mass notification platform, supporting critical communications, training, testing, and user engagement across the organization. Works with Emergency Managers and Information Technology to ensure optimum performance of software in support of communications resiliency. In addition, this role provides coordination and administrative support for the health system's emergency management department and their resources. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Associate degree or a combination of relevant education and professional experience required. 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience required; healthcare or emergency management background preferred. Experience with mass notification software platforms (e.g., Everbridge, RAVE, Alertus, etc.) strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
