Responsibilities

  • Perform general labor tasks on construction sites including site cleanup, handling, unloading, and stockpiling materials.
  • Assist equipment operators through signaling, alignment guidance, or material management as directed.
  • Engage in physical tasks such as placing, pushing, pulling, and shoveling materials.
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively while supporting various field activities.
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions and maintain a safe environment at all times.
  • Follow directions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and a strong commitment to safety.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and climbing.
  • Ability to work with tools and equipment (power and non-power).
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work extended hours and adapt to changing jobsite conditions.
