Patient Registrar - Emergency Department Join our Emergency Department team as a Patient Registrar, where you'll play a key role in supporting patients during critical moments. In this fastpaced ER environment, you'll meet patients at the bedside to gather insurance information, verify copays, and obtain required signatures using a clipboard, tablet, or WOW station. This role involves direct interaction in clinical areas, which may include exposure to various injuries, illnesses, and bodily fluids. What You'll Do * Greet and assist patients in the ER * Collect and verify insurance and demographic information * Confirm copays and obtain signatures * Work closely with clinical staff to support patient flow What We're Looking For * 1+ year of healthcare experience in a clinic or hospital setting * Experience with insurance verification * Customer service skills and familiarity with medical terminology * EMR experience (Epic preferred) * Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays If you're compassionate, detailoriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we'd love to connect with you!
