Description - Receive and authenticate incoming wire requests from customers and internal stakeholders - Verify customer signatures and confirm wire instructions via recorded calls - Log, process, and execute wire transfer requests through Wire Transfer and SWIFT systems - Analyze payment details to ensure accurate and timely settlement with correspondent banks - Repair and process online bankinginitiated wires and FX wires - Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve discrepancies related to wire activity - Stay updated on regulatory changes and departmental policies - Support the Department Manager with projects, process improvement Skills SWIFT, FX, Wire Processing Additional Skills & Qualifications - Experience with core banking systems and wire repair workflows - Strong analytical and problemsolving skills - Ability to work efficiently in a highvolume, deadlinedriven environment - Intermediate Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and reconciliation - Prior involvement in systems testing, UAT, or operational change management Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Los Angeles, CA.
