Job Title Mailroom Production Support Associate Position Purpose Responsible for distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence, supporting mailroom operations, and ensuring accurate processing of documents in compliance with organizational standards. Key Responsibilities * Open, sort, and prepare incoming correspondence for processing. * Scan incoming correspondence and record specified documents. * Appropriately file imaged claims, appeals, adjustments, and inferior quality imaged claims. * Generate and mail correspondence related to submission errors. * Perform mailroom runs, freight handling, and warehouse tasks including unloading/loading trucks (may involve outdoor weather conditions). * Lift and move totes weighing 35-60 pounds as part of daily operations. * Complete daily production logs and submit by designated deadlines. * Support quality standards through proofreading, data entry, and accurate documentation. * Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth mailroom and warehouse operations. Education & Experience * Required: High School diploma or GED * Preferred: 3 months - 1 year of productionrelated experience * Experience Level: Intermediate Skills & Qualifications * Reliable transportation for commuting and mailroom runs * Knowledge of Adobe scanning tools * Strong proofreading and data entry skills * Selfmotivated and able to work independently * Effective time management and organizational skills Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Tampa, FL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
