We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of our comprehensive user engagement and governance programs across all markets. This role is at the heart of ensuring seamless adoption and continuous improvement of our user-facing initiatives, working cross-functionally to define, track, and optimize key metrics. You will be instrumental in building a holistic view of program performance, providing leadership with real-time insights and strategic forecasts, while also enabling clear and effective communication that resonates with our user base.

**What You'll Do:**

* **Strategic Program Leadership:** Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of critical user governance and engagement programs, ensuring successful adoption and impact across all operational areas.

* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner closely with various internal teams including Program Management, Policy, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Research to ensure strong alignment on program goals and success metrics.

* **Data-Driven Insights:** Develop and maintain a comprehensive dashboard that provides leadership with a real-time, holistic view of user programs, including forward-looking forecasts, upcoming milestones, and projected impacts.

* **Communication Enablement:** Define foundational inputs and requirements for the Communications & Marketing team, enabling them to craft clear, effective messaging that drives awareness, understanding, and adoption of user programs.

* **Campaign Management:** Support the development and execution of user campaigns from inception to executive review, including creating participation instructions, FAQs, and content for internal communication channels.

* **Continuous Improvement:** Proactively assess and analyze the effectiveness of current programs, identify opportunities for enhancement, and prepare regular reports on program performance, implementing adjustments as needed.

* **Stakeholder Management:** Lead weekly core team meetings and provide regular updates to leadership forums, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree.

* 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in project or program management.

* Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to lead and manage multiple time-sensitive projects under tight deadlines.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of translating complex or technical ideas into clear, engaging, and approachable content.

* Demonstrated experience in designing comprehensive dashboards that maximize the value of existing data, coupled with a knack for streamlining and automating processes to drive efficiency and scalability.

* Strong interpersonal skills and a robust work ethic, with the ability to build and manage relationships effectively across all levels of management.

* Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organizational abilities.

* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Previous project or program management experience within the autonomous transportation or ride-hailing industry.
