Joining Collibra's Sales Leadership Team
We're hiring an Area Vice President of Sales to lead and grow our Financial Services business across the United States - a strategic segment at the center of how banks, insurers, and capital markets firms modernize data and scale AI responsibly. In this role, you will own regional revenue performance and directly lead a team of 6-8 enterprise account executives focused on FinServ customers, carrying a team quota and setting a high bar for execution, accountability, and results. You'll partner cross-functionally with teams across P&E and GTM to drive coordinated account strategy, while coaching your team to clearly articulate the measurable business impact Collibra delivers in complex, highly regulated environments. Drawing on your experience navigating regulatory pressure, data transformation, and executive-level buying cycles, you'll help refine our messaging and strengthen our position as a strategic partner to financial institutions. Compensation for this role The standard base salary range for this position is $184,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year. This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.
