We're looking for people who put their innovation to work to advance our success - and their own. Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.

Data centers are rapidly adopting highdensity liquid cooling to support Artificial Intelligence (AI) and HighPerformance Computing (HPC). In this critical leadership role within Product Management, you will lead a growing, globally distributed team of Data Center Cooling Solutions Specialists who partner with Field Application Engineers (FAEs) and sales teams to design, validate, and support the deployment of liquid cooling infrastructure.

This role blends people leadership, deep technical credibility, and customer engagement. You will serve as a strategic leader for the team and a trusted technical advisor for customers and internal project team members, helping scale repeatable solutions, develop talent, and ensure strong voiceofcustomer input into the Product Management organization.

** Ideal candidates will work a hybrid work schedule (4 days/week on-site) in Raleigh, NC or St. Louis Park, MN. **

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Lead and develop a global team, aligning priorities, building technical capability, and ensuring consistent delivery of scalable, highquality liquid cooling solutions.
  • Guide systemlevel design and solution architecture in support of sales and FAEs, including optimization of heatrejection systems such as coolant distribution units (CDUs), secondary fluid networks, rack and row manifolds, pumps, and hydronic loops.
  • Support site surveys, design reviews, and deployment planning in collaboration with services and regional teams to ensure clear design intent prior to order placement and installation.
  • Lead thermofluid and hydraulic analyses-including flow distribution, pressure drop, pump sizing, and systemlevel performance-to ensure reliability, redundancy, and resiliency in highdensity cooling deployments.
  • Establish and improve standards, sizing methodologies, and product performance tools, maintaining closedloop feedback with engineering and tool owners to support consistency and scalability.
  • Engage directly with customers on complex or strategic opportunities, translating voiceofcustomer insights into product roadmap priorities, reliability improvements, and serviceability enhancements.
  • Act as a senior technical liaison across Product Management, Engineering, Services, Sales, and FAEs, aligning teams to customer needs, solution strategy, and execution quality.

YOU HAVE:

  • B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal/Fluids Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field; Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in data center cooling design, construction, commissioning, or thermal/fluid systems.
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring engineering or technical teams, with preference for global or multiregional leadership.
  • Handson experience designing or supporting highdensity liquid cooling systems, including directtochip, immersion cooling, CDUs, reardoor heat exchangers, and manifoldbased distribution architectures.
  • A strong foundation in thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and hydraulic systems, including pressure drop analysis and flow balancing, with handson experience using CFD and hydronic modeling tools to inform design decisions.
  • Solid understanding of P&IDs, hydronic loop design, pressure testing, and fluid quality management practices.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with customers and senior leadership in presales, deployment, and highimpact scenarios.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to support customer engagements, team development, and key deployments.

  • A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day
