Position Title: Electronic Assembler/Solder
Wage: $17-$18/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6am-2:30pm We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Assembler/Solder with hands-on experience assembling and testing electrical components with precision and accuracy. Electronic Assembler/Solder Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Assemble electrical equipment - Read and interpret instructions, assemble parts, and tools, and fit electronic components together - Perform tests on finished products before packaging - Maintain a clean and safe workspace - Complete other tasks as necessary - Fabricate or modify parts, using shop equipment Electronic Assembler/Solder Requirements: - Soldering experience (highly preferred) - Manual dexterity for working with small components - Skilled in soldering, reading work instructions, fabricating or modifying parts, and performing final product testing to ensure quality standards are met - Strong manual dexterity with the ability to work efficiently with small components in fast-paced production environments - Flexible team player committed to maintaining a clean, safe workspace and supporting various assembly line functions including inspection, testing, and packaging - Flexible to work in other positions on assembly lines as needed (inspection, test, packaging, etc.) - Close and distance vision, depth perception, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus - Ability to verbally communicate, stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time and perform continuous operations QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
