The Role:

OurBillerica, MAandChaska, MN sites are seeking aTrade Compliance Supervisorfor US Import Compliance and Duty Managementto join our team. This roleis responsible fora broad range ofimportcompliance activities and the supervision of direct reports.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • ManagingUS Imports, classification, valuationand collaboration with US customs brokers and freight forwarders

  • Overseeing daily complianceprocesses,incl. duty drawbackprogramsand Free Trade Agreement processes

  • Supportingcontinuous improvementof trade compliance processes to ensureUS Import Compliance, increase efficiency and support duty saving initiatives and otherenhancement opportunities

  • The successful candidate will partner closely with internal stakeholders and externalparties,including government agencies and leadership-to ensure ourimportoperations are both compliant and efficient.

WhatYou'llDo:

  • Lead theaccuratecustoms classification of all incoming products and shipments, ensuring full compliance with U.S. import regulations.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Entegris' customs broker, overseeing correct classification and compliant processing of all U.S. imports.

  • Act as the central resource for internal stakeholders onimportrelatedquestions, shipment issues, anddutyrelatedinquiries.

  • Supervise and execute daily import operations, ensuringtimely, efficient, andauditreadyprocessing.

  • Address and resolve import regulatory matters, including CF28 responses, TSCA requirements, TIBs, andACHrelatedissues.

  • Ensuretimelyandaccuratefiling of all Importer Security Filings (ISFs).

  • Maintain Entegris' product classification dictionary and ensure alignment with the U.S. customs broker.

  • Oversee and update master data in SAP related to HTS classifications and Country of Origin, collaborating closely with Buyers and Product Managers.

  • Partner with Product Managers, Chemists, and Engineers tovalidateand maintain correct HTS classifications.

  • Train and mentor team members on rotational import compliance responsibilities to ensure strong backup coverage.

  • Manage licensed imports (e.g., FIFRA, FDA, ADD/CVD) within SAP/GTS when applicable.

  • Drive process improvements within U.S. import operations and implement updates resulting from regulatory or administrative changes.

  • Regularlymaintainand update importcompliancerelatedpolicies and procedures, including documentation in ETQ.

  • Lead monthly ACH account reporting andidentifyopportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.

  • Provide guidance, feasibility assessments, andsubjectmatterexpertiseforimportrelatedrequests from internal and external partners.

  • Prepareimportrelatedanalyses and reporting to support compliance, operations, and leadership needs.

  • Support Entegris Canada import management and related tasks with Canada customs.

  • Overseeandperformverification of materialsrequiredto createaccurateCertificates of Origin, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

  • Oversee and review and confirm product eligibility for Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and prepare corresponding certificates with precision and compliance integrity.

  • Support duty drawback programsandassistinidentifying, evaluating, and supporting new duty drawback opportunities and otherdutysavinginitiatives to improve cost efficiency.

  • Performadditionaltrade compliance-related duties asrequired.

What We Seek:

  • 3+years of progressive trade compliance experience within a global manufacturing environment.

  • Preferred experience with SAPand SAPGTS or other global trade compliance and screening software platforms.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of commodity classification and related regulatory requirements.

  • Strong working knowledge ofUS Import Regulationsandotherapplicabledirectivesis a plus.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications,in particularExcelandOutlookapplications.

  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance integrity.

  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and meet critical deadlines in afastpacedenvironment.

OutstandingCandidatesWillHave:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of3years of experience in trade complianceor equivalent work experience.

  • Supervisory experience

  • Customs Broker License preferred
