What Makes You a Solid Fit

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience: 1-2 years required
• Production, warehouse, or machine shop experience
• Comfortable troubleshooting and fixing minor issues
• Precision counts - you know quality when you see it
• Fit to handle lifting and standing all day
• Works hard, shows up, and plays well with the crew

You're a key part of the crew. Run machines the right way to keep production steady. Handle raw materials and transport them to designated work areas. Package finished products according to established guidelines. Spot issues early and fix them before they stop the line. Keep a close eye on product quality. Handle adjustments and small fixes when needed. Follow safety rules and work with the crew to get it done. - running your machine, following specs, and keeping the line moving steady. You'll take ownership of your station and make sure quality stays tight all shift long.
