Posting Date 02/26/2026 2000 16th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202, United States of AmericaThe Clinical Program Director directs the overall clinical strategy, portfolio of clinical solutions, outcomes and tracking for specified clinical program.This position will establish and maintain cross functional partnerships with capability owners to drive successful execution of various programs. This position will help develop overall tactical and strategic goals that align with its mission and values. This role will also support other senior leadership in presenting program results and solutions to clients. ESSENTIAL FUNCTION Provide Renal Clinical Innovation vision: Work to shape the vision for Clinical Innovation that will enable us to deliver high quality patient care and demonstrate difference in quality and outcomes.
Cultivating Networks: Initiates and maintains strategic relationships with stakeholders inside and outside of the Village (e.g., physicians, cross-functional partners, community representatives) to advance clinical and financial goals.
Identify, create, monitor, and maintain key performance indicators including but not limited to teammate productivity, quality audits, and departmental service level agreements Driving Execution: Evaluate department processes and procedures; suggest and implement methods to minimize labor costs and to improve operations, efficiency, and service to internal and external customers. Translates strategic priorities into operational reality; aligns communication, accountabilities, resource capabilities, internal processes, and ongoing measurement systems to ensure that strategic priorities yield measurable and sustainable results.
High Impact Communication: Clearly and succinctly conveys information and ideas to individuals and groups in a variety of situations; Communicates in a focused and compelling way that drives others' thoughts and actions.
