Job Description:
THE ROLE:
Entegris is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position will be based in our Colorado Springs-Rockrimmon, CO facility.
This role is a critical part of theMaintenanceteam thatis responsibleforperforming preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring all PM and repairs are done correctly andin a timely mannerand coordinate with other support departments to understand needed changes.
HOURS FOR THIS POSITION ARE 12:30PM-8:30PM MONDAY-FRIDAY.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Performs Total Productive Maintenance for all equipment related to manufacturing (75%).
- Monitor andmaintainthe building and facility equipment including but not limited to HVAC, air compressors, air driers, pumps, water system, and security (25%).
- Tracks repair history in the maintenance database(SAP)
- Installs automation equipment or projects in support of continuous improvement projects.
- Parts ordering andmaintainingan accuratelevel of inventory for critical equipment.
- Work with injection molding presses: Electrical(AC/DC), Hydraulic, Basic Plumbing, Pneumatic and servo motors, sensors, and HMI interfaces.
- Troubleshoots and repairs electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic circuits as needed.Replace defective components to restore proper operation of equipment and mechanical systems.
- Fabricationon the building or equipment, suchasusingdrill presses, grinders, tap and die, band saws, etc.
- Maintainsaccuraterecords and metrics related to machine downtime due to maintenance issues.
- Advanced knowledge incalibrations on equipment.
- Workonandtroubleshooting ofrobots toprogram, sensors, pneumatic and setting up EOAT (end of arm tool)is a plus.
- Performs activities relating to 6s to drive better workplace standardization.Deliverstimelyresponses to Gemba walk observations, quality audits, and 6s audit findings.
- Maintainsa clean and safe work area.Performs duties in a safe manner andobservesapproved safety procedures.
- Communicatespotential hazardsimmediatelyto supervisor andidentifiesand corrects potential unsafe conditions.
- Creates and writes equipment procedures and SOPs.
- Ability to plan and coordinate work with outside vendors or contractors for complex machine repairs or Facility projects.

WHAT WE SEEK:
- HS degree or GED
- 5-8 years of prior Maintenance and Facilities work or related Trade school completion.
- Ability to read and understandblueprintwith electrical, water diagrams and hydraulic schematic diagrams.
- Understand the mechanics of injection molding presses: Electrica (AC/DC), Hydraulic, Pneumatic and servo motors,sensorsand HMI interfaces.
- Working knowledge of Robot equipment to program, fix sensors, pneumatic and setting upEOAT (end of arm tool).
- Advanced troubleshooting skills in Electrical, Electronic and Hydraulic systems.
- Abilityto read and understandblueprintwithelectrical, water diagrams andhydraulicschematic diagrams.
- Understands policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of people including the management staff to ensure successful outcomes of planned initiatives.
- Able to write and implement new procedures for existing and new equipment.
- Abilityto cross-train with other supporting departments to improve and increase production.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow documented processes and procedures and perform match computations and computer data entry.
- Good attention to detail
- Organizational and planning skills, communicationskillsand ability to adapt to workforce, workenvironmentandcustomer'sneeds.
- Ability to use measuring devices, handtoolsand power tools
- Ability to repetitively pinch and grasp handtools, repetitivelytwist,bendand reach upward and handle small screws, washers, fasteners, etc.
- Works well independently andwith agroup on collaborative projects; able to takedirectionandinstruction.
- Ability to use ladders, lifts, platforms, and get forklift certified ifrequiredto perform job.
- Abilityto work with minimal supervision.

- Compensation: $28-$31 hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
- Shift Differential: $1.50 HR
- Annual Bonus Eligible
