Job Summary:
About the Facilities Technician I position: This position will also utilize bucket trucks and boom lifts to perform window washing of all campus windows inside and out at heights of up to 160 feet with proper safety gear. Campus Services will also utilize lifts and ladders to reach heights as high as 60 feet to replace lightbulbs in Auditoriums, Atriums and Gymnasiums. It is expected that employees will make individual arrangements for transportation adequate to meet position responsibilities and essential job functions.
