In this end-to-end focal role, you will act as the SCM, defining supply chain designs that meet targets for procurement, material availability, quality, and manufacturability. • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks within the GSC area. Responsible for managing checkpoint reviews to ensure compliance and readiness.

  • Manufacturing & Delivery: Oversee NPI production readiness at worldwide manufacturing sites to ensure Time-to-Market targets are met. Ensure designs meet manufacturability, technology, and Design for Excellence (DfX) targets.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate seamless communication between GSC, Development, and other internal stakeholders. Act as the integrator of supply chain resources to accommodate growing multi-segment diversity.

  • Complex Problem Solving: Execute in-depth analysis and apply the launch process to identify and resolve issues. Optimize processes and costs to deliver on business requirements.

  • Special Projects: Assist the GSC organization with special assignments and strategic initiatives as required.
