Account Operations Specialist, Wholesale and Supply Chain

Aquent is partnering with a globally recognized leader in its industry, a company renowned for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence. We are seeking an Account Operations Specialist to support wholesale account execution within a fast-paced ecommerce and retail environment.

This contract role sits at the center of customer service, supply chain, and order management - ensuring products move accurately and on time.

• Manage wholesale customer orders from entry through delivery
• Monitor service levels and performance metrics
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, distribution, and transportation teams
• Analyze order data using Excel
• Resolve operational issues that impact customers
• Support account planning and execution
  
  

• 2-4 years in supply chain, operations, or order management
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data reconciliation)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working cross-functionally
  
  

• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP
• Experience with a large retail or apparel brand
• Wholesale account support experience

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28.80 to $32/hr. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
