We are partnering with a leading A Fortune 500 food & beverage brand that is looking to partner with a monday.com Implementation Consultant to design and build a scalable workflow infrastructure for its in-house creative agency. This role will architect intake, campaign, and production workflows that improve visibility, streamline approvals, and optimize creative capacity.

This role is to start immediately and will meet with the team to understand their pain points and time commitment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement customized monday.com boards, automations, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
  • Build scalable intake-to-delivery workflows for brand campaigns, social, packaging, retail, and digital assets
  • Translate creative and marketing business requirements into structured system architecture
  • Develop resource planning and capacity tracking models
  • Configure cross-board automations, dependencies, and SLA tracking
  • Create governance standards, naming conventions, and permission structures
  • Lead stakeholder training and drive adoption across Creative, Marketing, and Production teams
  • Establish executive-level reporting dashboards (turnaround time, workload, campaign velocity)


Required Experience

  • 3+ years in workflow design, implementation consulting, or operations systems
  • Deep hands-on expertise in monday.com (enterprise implementations preferred)
  • Experience supporting in-house creative studios, marketing teams, or CPG organizations
  • Strong understanding of creative production lifecycles
  • Proven experience building automations, integrations, and reporting dashboards
  • Ability to conduct stakeholder discovery sessions and document process flows
  • Change management and user adoption experience
