ABOUT THE ROLE The Associate Recruiter plays a foundational role in Fieldlink's recruiting organization. This is a high-energy, activity-driven position ideal for individuals who are motivated, competitive, and eager to grow into a career with significant earning and advancement potential. No staffing experience is required - we provide a comprehensive, hands-on training program that teaches sourcing, interviewing, candidate management, communication skills, and the fundamentals of recruiting in the staffing industry. Success in this role requires coachability, persistence, strong communication, and a passion for achieving goals. WHAT YOU'LL DO Candidate Engagement & Communication Conduct phone screens and interviews to understand candidate skills, experience, and career goals Build rapport and maintain ongoing relationships with active and passive candidates Provide updates, feedback, and support throughout the hiring process Sourcing & Pipeline Building Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and creative outreach Identify new channels for talent attraction Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates Sales & Negotiation Fundamentals Discuss compensation, job match, and commitment with candidates Help negotiate pay rates and start dates Influence candidate decisions through relationship-building and communication Collaboration & Teamwork Partner closely with Account Managers to understand open roles and priorities Attend internal huddles, pipeline meetings, and training sessions Support the overall delivery needs of client accounts Process & Activity Management Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS Complete follow-up tasks with urgency and discipline Contribute to weekly activity goals through calls, submissions, interviews, and networking WHAT YOU'LL BRING Strong communication and interpersonal skills A competitive, goal-oriented mindset Coachability and willingness to learn and follow a process Comfort with frequent phone interaction Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment High follow-through and responsiveness Preferred 0-1 year of experience in recruiting, customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, call center, or campus leadership Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Demonstrated interest in career growth and development YOUR BUSINESS IMPACT Support the delivery engine that drives client success Build long-term relationships with candidates across industries Contribute to a winning, collaborative team culture Grow into a full Recruiter, Account Manager, or leadership role COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & WORK DETAILS Salary: $20-$24 an hour Work Hours: Standard EST business hours Classification: Non-Exempt Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, Life Insurance, 4 weeks PTO, 401(k), 7 paid holidays Work Location: The role is remote for someone residing in one of the following states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, KS, LA, MD, MI, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI #ZR
