IP Litigation Associate - Multiple Offices (1-3 yrs)

Lathrop GPM is actively seeking an associate to join our growing IP Litigation practice group in our Kansas City, Minneapolis, San Jose, or Redwood Shores office. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of patent litigation experience. The associate will have the opportunity to contribute to a practice that represents clients in IP disputes on a regional, national, and international basis. Candidates should have strong academic credentials, exceptional analytical and writing abilities, excellent client service skills, outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. The current anticipated salary range is $180,000 - $200,000 for Kansas City candidates, and $190,000 - $210,000 for candidates in Minneapolis, San Jose, and Redwood Shores. Actual initial salary may be above or below the identified ranges and will be based on relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors consistent with applicable law. A full comprehensive benefit plan is provided and includes health care, retirement plan, parental leave, and short/long term disability.
