The Role As a member of the Corporate Partnerships Team, you will play a key role in helping vulnerable children achieve a brighter future. This position is responsible for generating significant revenue and brand value through the cultivation and stewardship of new corporate partners. Success requires a highly collaborative approach with internal stakeholders to consult, strategize, align, and implement initiatives that deliver shared value-driving results for businesses while advancing outcomes for children. In this role, you will focus on engaging prospective partners by prospecting, building pipelines, holding partner meetings, and contributing to the overall business development strategy and corporate partnerships team goals. Location Hybrid - Washington DC or Fairfield, CT office locations What You'll Be Doing (Essential Duties) *not inclusive of all role responsibilities. May be subject to change Contribute to the Success of the Overall Team Strategy (40%)
Revenue Generation and Partnership Development (25%)
Best-in-Class Stewardship and Program Delivery (20%)
Deliver on shared goals with key stakeholder groups - (15%)

The salary ranges listed above are for US based candidates. For candidates located outside of the US, salary ranges will be based on the salary scales of the local employer of record. Actual base salary may vary based on, but not limited to, relevant experience, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location (more information on job structure is available here).
