Maintenance Technician II Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI Type: Perm/Direct Hire Shift: 3rd Shift : 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Work week begins Monday night) Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 5 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience Experience working on production machinery within a manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and OEM manuals Experience testing electrical systems (ohmmeters, voltmeters, continuity testing) Experience installing and aligning mechanical drive systems Ability to complete preventive maintenance, major service, and equipment overhauls Familiarity with shop equipment (drill press, band saw, power tools) Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, CMMS) Successful completion of certification testing Preferred Qualifications 2-year Technical Degree Experience mentoring or training junior technicians Experience participating in process improvement or problem-solving teams
