The Logistics Team Leader will be responsible for managing the logistics team in the receipt and processing of all distribution orders. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Train, coach, and monitor performance of the reporting staff. Support and mentor each team member to achieve a positive work environment with efficient and effective customer service. Lead the activities of the Logistics team through all stages of quoted activities and help align customer requirements with Almac's processes. Track and report the designated key performance indicators for customer support and make the necessary recommendations. Continuously improve the process so as to improve efficiency and effectiveness throughout the entire process. Plan all of the Logistics resources to meet the demands of the Customer, and meeting the required turn around times. Qualifications: Required Experience: HS Diploma or equivalent 5 years pharmaceutical or clinical supplies industry experience 3 years supervisory experience Preferred Experience: Bachelor's Degree 7 years pharmaceutical or clinical supplies industry experience 5 years supervisory experience Working in a cGMP environment Want to see our latest job opportunities?
