As a Business Operations Coordinator, HCSE (Healthcare Stakeholder Engagement) & Projects, you'll help drive seamless processes, support key stakeholder initiatives, and keep highvisibility projects running smoothly in a fastpaced, highly regulated environment. About the role The Business Operations Coordinator, HCSE & Projects supports UCB's Business Planning and Operations team by managing Healthcare Stakeholder Engagement Activities (HCSE), coordinating Delegation of Authority entries, and ensuring accurate, compliant operational processes within a fastpaced, highly regulated environment. The role also partners with crossfunctional leaders to streamline workflows, enhance automation, and provide project management support for highvisibility strategic initiatives. This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $72k-$94k per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
