Superintendent - Low Voltage & Field Operations New Albany, OH Join Next Level Technician as a seasoned Superintendent in New Albany, Ohio. What You'll Do: Lead workforce planning and field operations across assigned regions Coordinate with Project Managers on scheduling, materials, and project milestones Enforce union contract rules related to recalls, layoffs, and compliance Conduct regular site visits (daily, bi-weekly, or monthly based on project location) Drive safety standards, deliver toolbox talks, and support zero-incident goals Track project data, timecards, test results, and "as-built" documentation Mentor Leads and support career growth through NLT's field progression program Partner with Direct Line University to enhance and improve training programs Build strong client relationships and maintain professionalism on every jobsite What You Bring: 10+ years of experience in low voltage or construction leadership roles Strong understanding of construction drawings, estimates, and project build scopes OSHA 30 Certification (required) Proficiency with Microsoft Office; AutoCAD experience is a plus Proven ability to lead teams, motivate technicians, and manage multiple active job sites Willingness to travel extensively for site visits Exceptional communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills Why Work with Next Level Technician in New Albany, OH?
