Automatic Inspector: 1st Shift $21/hrs 6am-2:30pm (Mon-Fri)
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Perform First Article Inspection
* Operate the quality inspector and X-Ray Machines
* Conducts quality control inspections on products such as electronic assemblies
* Completes necessary quality control documentation
* Minimal solder touch-up of assemblies
* Provides feedback to team
* Assists in training of new inspectors as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum 2 years electronic assembly and rework experience. Previous Inspection experience an asset
* Knowledge of IPC A 600 - Acceptability of Printed Circuit Boards and IPC 610
* Strong understanding and application of workmanship standards
* Thorough understanding and application of quality standards and control procedures
* Detail oriented, quality conscious, well organized, analytical and reliable
* Ability to understand and communicate in written and oral English is essential
* Enthusiasm and ability to work well independently
* High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
* Previous experience using AOI and X-Ray equipment is preferred
