EDM Operator Shift: 2nd, (3pm-11:30pm) Pay: $22-$27/Hr(Based on experience) We are seeking an experienced EDM Operator to join our 2nd shift team. This position is ideal for a skilled machinist with at least two years of Conventional EDM experience, particularly in tooling and production environments. Job Description: Set up and operate state-of-the-art Conventional EDM machines Manufacture and redress electrodes using tool room equipment Read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and technical data Plan tooling requirements, setup procedures, machining parameters, and production sequences Determine and adjust machine settings to maximize machining efficiency Monitor machining processes and communicate job status to supervisors and team members Inspect and measure workpieces using micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments Record inspection data as required Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety procedures Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years' Conventional EDM machining experience (tooling and production preferred) Strong blueprint reading and technical interpretation skills Experience selecting tooling and establishing machining parameters Ability to use precision measuring instruments accurately
