Team Lead *Shift: 1st, (6am-4pm)* Pay: $28-$34/hr (Based on Experience) We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead to oversee our Pipe Bending Department on 1st shift. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong CNC tube bending experience who enjoys leading a team while remaining actively involved in production. Job Description: Set and execute daily production plans, assigning personnel to meet scheduling demands Lead, coach, and cross-train team members using training matrices and headcount requirements Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives; maintain daily department metrics Program, set up, and operate CNC tube bending machines Review blueprints, job instructions, and inspection reports to ensure compliance with specifications Perform first-piece inspections and verify product quality throughout production Coordinate equipment repairs and preventive maintenance activities Maintain 5S workplace standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) Ensure compliance with safety policies and assist with incident investigations when necessary Perform material transactions and shop floor reporting using company software
