Position Summary Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Acquisition Program Engineer supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Armament Directorate Disruptive Futures division (AFLCMC/EBZ). This position provides engineering and technical support from concept development through fielding and sustainment of air armament and conventional munitions systems. At the Senior level, the selected candidate will serve as a recognized technical authority, solving complex problems across a broad range of engineering disciplines or within a focused specialty area. This position requires independent execution of high-visibility and mission-critical efforts across the full acquisition life cycle-from concept and requirements development through production, fielding, sustainment, and disposal. The Senior Acquisition Program Engineer will provide authoritative technical recommendations, guide systems engineering rigor, support international armaments cooperation and FMS efforts, and may oversee junior engineering staff. This is a full-time onsite position at Eglin Air Force Base, FL. Responsibilities
Conduct and support engineering activities across all phases of the DoD acquisition life cycle (Materiel Solution Analysis through Operations & Support), including:
