Overview of Position: Heiser has an immediate opening for an experienced F&I Manager. We are seeking a professional individual, with sales and finance experience, who has a customer first attitude, computer skills, and who is a self-starter and team player. Work in the Sales Tower to help direct deals and their progress Requirements High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Minimum 1+ year(s) relevant finance, sales, and management experience Sale License required Valid and clean WI Driver's License Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to function as part of a team and work independently Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced work environment We use E-Verify
