Your expertise will be instrumental in managing complex content workflows and publishing strategies, directly influencing how vital programs are communicated and implemented across various teams.

**What You'll Do**

As a key contributor, you will be at the heart of content delivery, managing the lifecycle of essential training and operational materials. You will navigate multiple content platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in publishing, and proactively communicate with stakeholders. This role demands a solutions-oriented approach to complex challenges, where your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure the smooth execution of critical programs.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Coordinating the translation and publishing of content across various platforms, ensuring all language versions are accurately maintained and updated.

* Developing and managing program dashboards and achievement structures used by global teams, partnering with technical teams to resolve issues and support feature implementation.

* Maintaining robust content governance by tracking ownership, update history, and relevance, and archiving outdated content to ensure data integrity.

* Providing crucial support for seasonal and program launches, including setting up new content structures, managing video distribution, and overseeing translation completion.

* Producing weekly and monthly training calendars for diverse geographic regions and store types, verifying content availability, and communicating status updates to cross-functional partners.

* Administering partner access to content hubs, collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new users.

* Crafting and distributing weekly newsletters summarizing newly published content and training materials, fostering strong communication and alignment with global and regional partners.

**What You Bring**

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Your ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams will be essential to your success.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in platform and publishing management.

* Demonstrated ability to be proactive and possess strong communication skills.

* Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a critical thinking mindset.

* Proficiency in project management, organization, and communication tools.

* Experience or the ability to quickly learn e-learning management system (eLMS) tools.

* Excellent verbal, written, and influencing communication skills.

* A proven ability to work effectively within a self-directed culture and navigate ambiguity.

* Experience driving clarity and alignment across diverse partners in a highly cross-functional setting.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience within a retail environment.
