We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate **Senior Technical Designer** to join their dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the aesthetic and functional integrity of their woven apparel lines, directly impacting product success and customer satisfaction.

As a Senior Technical Designer, you will be at the heart of bringing designs to life, ensuring that every garment not only looks impeccable but also fits flawlessly and meets rigorous quality standards. Your expertise will be crucial in translating design vision into tangible, wearable products, collaborating closely with various teams and external partners to maintain design integrity from concept to final production. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical acumen and passion for fashion to influence product development for a beloved brand.

**What You'll Do:**

* Execute the entire technical design process, from initial development through to final fit approval.

* Analyze and evaluate garments to develop precise fit specifications, ensuring alignment with design intent and brand standards.

* Ensure products consistently meet established quality benchmarks, manufacturer capabilities, and cost requirements.

* Develop comprehensive technical specifications and effectively communicate fit direction, adjustments, and corrections to vendors and factories.

* Proactively identify and resolve fit issues, making necessary adjustments to maintain design integrity and product quality.

* Monitor product quality and targeted pricing throughout the production cycle.

* Contribute to the success of the team and potentially mentor junior technical designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proven experience as a Technical Designer, with a strong emphasis on women's woven apparel, particularly dresses and skirts.

* Demonstrated expertise in pattern making.

* Bachelor's degree in Fashion or equivalent practical experience.

* Strong analytical skills to evaluate garments and develop accurate specifications.

* Excellent communication skills for collaborating with designers, vendors, and factories.

* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining design integrity and product quality.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with industry-standard software such as Optitex, CLO, and Centric PLM.

* Previous experience overseeing or mentoring junior team members.
