In this role,you willlead theplanningand execution ofcomplex, multi-year Engineering deliverables forMicrosoft'sstrategic AI partnerships.This will involve defining and drivingproject roadmaps,identifyingcritical milestones, andleading cross-functional teams to ensurethat deliverables are met on time and to the highest standards of quality.In addition, you will partner with executive stakeholders to communicate progress, manage expectations, andalign onstrategicobjectives, playing a key role in shaping the success of Microsoft's AI initiatives. Through your leadership, you will ensure excellence in the delivery of engineering commitments for these critical engagements,maintaininga focus on innovation, reliability, and customer impact at every stage.

Responsibilities
  • Own theplanning andend-to-end delivery of engineering commitments forMicrosoft's strategic AI customers, ensuringalignment with customer goals, technical requirements, and business outcomes.

  • Coordinate multi-workstream programs, manage escalations, and synthesize engineering and operational signals into actionable insights for senior leadership.

  • Drive structured intake, prioritization, and transparency across engineering deliverables, ensuring clarity,timelyreporting, and proactive identification and resolution of systemic issues.

  • Buildcredibility and trustwith customers,while effectively communicating complex AI infrastructure topics.

  • Driveclear communication and alignment acrossstakeholder groups, includingEngineering teams, Supply chain,Finance,Business development,Legal, andSecurity

  • Prepare executive-ready materials and updates to support decision-making and stakeholder visibility across Cloud & AI

  • Identifyopportunities to streamline and automate processes to improve agility, scalability, and on-time delivery



Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
  • 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Abilityto meet Microsoft,customerand/or government security screening requirements arerequiredfor this role. These requirementsinclude, butare not limited to the following specialized security screenings: MicrosoftCloud Background Check: Thisposition will berequiredto pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
