Senior Art Director

Our leading fintech client is seeking a 360-integrated Senior Art Director with experience bringing work to life across video, social, and digital channels.

This role requires a meticulous eye for detail paired with the interpersonal agility to influence and collaborate with diverse cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a high-velocity self-starter who can quickly master complex environments and deliver high-impact results from day one.

What You'll Do:

• Execute work to the highest of standards and craft
• Concept 360, integrated work including assisting in scripting videos and developing visual solutions for social/digital
• Build storyboards, assist in pre-production/post-production for video
• Develop visual solutions that are strategically sound and consistent with the brand, guidelines, and visual tone

• Ability to develop high-quality visual work across a variety of assets that align with brand guidelines and visual tone
• Ability to understand marketing insights and strategies to translate into compelling advertising campaigns
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently
• Be passionate about social media platforms, trends, technology and best practices
• Have excellent organizational skills
• A "maker" mentality, be curious and not afraid to try new methods
• 3-4 years of art direction experience within a creative agency or in-house setting
• A clean, sophisticated design sense

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58.00 to $60.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
