Job Description Summary #LI-HybridThe Director, Product Strategy Lead (PSL) drives the development and execution of integrated product strategies while guiding key decisions and resource allocation across cross-functional teams. This key role will contribute to the management of the full P&L for the assigned product and partner closely with the Executive Director, Product Strategy Lead, General Manager and functional leaders to ensure strategic, high-impact decisions. As a core member of the Integrated Product Strategy Organization, this role champions transformational enterprise leadership while ensuring customer engagement and relationship-building are deeply embedded into the product's strategic approach. This position will be located in East Hanover, NJ and will not have the ability to be located remotely. Please note that this role would not provide relocation, and only local candidates will be considered. Novartis Compensation Summary: The salary for this position is expected to range between $185,500 and $344,500 per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
