The Ambulatory Care Service Supervisor (AC Supervisor) position supports and supervises assigned activities as they relate to the AC Service Route Drivers and AC Packing personnel. What you will be doing:

• Responsible for daily supervision of assigned ACSRD's, supporting service operations across designated territories.
• Supervises ACSRD's for customer retention, inventory management and leads through effective team management and Samsara system.
• Oversee, coordinate, and facilitate the transfer of inventory between HCSC and customer locations through ACSRD's.
• Ensures compliance with company and healthcare policies, maintains confidentiality, adheres to all federal, state, and local regulations and upholds professional conduct at all times.

What you will bring to the role:

• A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required with 3 years of supervisory or management experience. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and experience driving a 26' box truck.
• Union environment experience preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening), organizational, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly solve complex issues.
• Knowledge of distribution, logistics and freight management

• A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC.

Additional information:

This position reports directly to the Service Manager and will be based out of the Roble Rd. Allentown location but will be driving/delivering up to 40% of their time. They will be responsible for working the following schedule:

• The normal hours for this position are 8:00am-5pm at our Allentown location. Must be flexible for a 4am start with additional hours as needed.
• Valid Driver's license with clean motor vehicle record and successful completion of a background check, DOT physical, and drug screen are required.
